　　About the Role

　　The PLM system engineer position is responsible for running the basis system of global used PLM and ALM systems. The system engineer will work in a global environment and support the system with professional knowledge hand in hand with external partners and the MGIT internal infrastructure team. He will be the main contact for the entire service.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Operating and maintaining of different PLM related systems like: PTC, OT, SAP Content Server etc.

　　Take care of a reliable performing service availability to our internal customers.

　　Resolve basis issues with the system/services based on an SLA.

　　Take care of security for the service (support windows patch updates).

　　Run minor and major update to the system.

　　Support users in 2nd and 3rd level. Coordinate maintenances of the systems with the customer.

　　Who we are looking for

　　General IT Knowledge (SW, HW, Networks).

　　Good knowledge of Windows OS.

　　Good knowledge of SQL DB.

　　Very good English knowledge in spoken and written.

　　Team spirit, good communication skills, high social competence and resilience.

　　High degree of personal responsibility, dedication & responsibility.

　　Your preferred qualifications

　　More than 3 Year experience with windows system operation.

　　More than 3 Year experience in operating a central software application used for >500 users.

　　Experience in Java SE administration.

　　Experience with web services like Tomcat.

　　Experience with Azure Cloud services.
