　　Title: Platform Services Account Coordinator

　　Reports to: Executive Director, Platform Monetization & Strategy

　　Salary Range: $45k - $51k

　　Location: Los Angeles (1325)

　　Position Summary:

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Will work closely with their Account Team which is made up of Account Managers (linear & digital) and Account Executives

　　BA in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent education with minimum 12 months related experience.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office. Wide Orbit experience a plus.

　　Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must.

　　Flexibility to work overtime during peak sales seasons.

　　Assist in servicing existing and newly developed accounts.

　　Will focus on presale administration and coordination.

　　Generate contracts, correspondence & presentations for the Sales Team.

　　Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures.

　　Enter and revise orders

　　Submit special billing requests

　　Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times

　　Issue preemptions

　　Maintain stewardship reports

　　Provide platform/device discrepancy resolution

　　About you:

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred.

　　PC Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel

　　Strong math aptitude
