　　Responsibilities . Responsible for delivering innovative software strategies and solutions to drive next generation user experiences, designs, and technologies. Build a robust and scalable Next-Gen HCM solutions for global clients. Design and build software prototypes for Lifion's software products. Collaborate with team members including product managers, project managers and technical architects to design and architect solutions. Mentor junior members of the team via code review and working sessions. Participate in recruiting by conducting coding and system design interviews. Respond to alerts as part of an on call rotation .

　　TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

　　Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of experience .

　　Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: React; JavaScript; NodeJS; Agile software processes; Git; CSS; HTML; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; State management libraries such as Redux or MobX; Test Driven Development (TDD); and Algorithms, software design, software scalability, and data structures .
