Position Title: Plant Operator (CylinderLoader/Filler) - Marinette, WI - Monday-Friday, First Shift How will youCONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Plant Operator will be responsible for safelyhandling and filling gas products into liquid, medical and high pressuregas cylinders in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, andmeeting the standard operating procedures of Airgas. The Loader willalso be responsible for meeting all safety standards in the loading andunloading of cylinder gases per Airgas procedures. In particular, youwill: - Performs cylinder analyses & ensures compliance government andcompany standards. - Calculates to gas mixtures to meet requirements anddocuments results. Ensures that a mixture can be safely made. - Selectscylinders and valve combinations to ensure compatibility with the mixand compliance. - Operates control panels, containing valves andpressure gauges, and scales to accurately measure gas mixtures. -Completes all necessary documentation to accurately record allproduction actions. - Complies with company procedures and governmentregulations relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials. -Safely operates a forklift, pallet jack and otherwarehouse/material-handling equipment. - Loads/unloads cylinders on/offpallets; ensuring they are strapped in. - Performs other duties asassigned.________________________Are you aMATCH? Are you a MATCH? - High school degree or GED preferred. - Aminimum of 1 year of related technical experience. In lieu of specificindustry experience, may accept an equivalent combination of educationand experience. - Prior experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systempreferred - Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Officeapplications. - Mechanical aptitude - Demonstrated knowledge ofaddition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units ofmeasure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
