JOB REQUIREMENTS: Swift Beef Company, a JBS USA Subsidiary seeks a PlantEngineer in Green Bay, WI. Duties: Help ensure reliable andcost-effective operation of utility systems continuously online,including steam generation, ammonia refrigeration, air compression,electrical distribution, and others. Help develop capital investmentideas that support overall plant profitability and develop and maintainthe organizational capability to accomplish these projects. Representthe entire plants needs and point of view in discussions with corporateengineering, regarding technical standards, project scope developmentand accomplishment. Ensure reliability of plant equipment and establishand meet downtime goals at 5 minutes per shift for the fabrication and 7minutes per shift for the slaughter area. Responsible for allmaintenance activities, the operation of all utility systems, andproject engineering at the plant site. Ensure that the maintenancedivision complies with all food safety, personal safety andenvironmental programs, regulations, and directives. Requires aBachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus 3years of experience. 3 years of experience in Ammonia refrigeration. 3years of experience in electrical, electronics, mechanical, fields. 3years of experience in the food processing industry. 3 years ofexperience with knowledge of programmable logic controllers and computerautomation theories. 3 years of experience with computer maintenancemanagement systems. 40 hours/week.
