　　Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company (JIGPC) is a $12 billion joint venture between Air Products, ACWA Power and Saudi Aramco. JIGPC utilized known and proven technologies to process vacuum residue from the Jazan Refinery into hydrogen, steam, and power.

　　Planning & Performance Analyst (PPA) will be reporting to Planning Performance Manager (PPM) of the JIGPC. PPA will be helping & Supporting the PPM to prepare the annual budget, annual business plan, long term business plan, periodic forecasts, detailed & in-depth review of actual spending, monitor to ensure the correct accounting of cost booking on daily basis, monthly/quarterly actual performance against the monthly/annual plan including the management performance review process.

　　Note: This is a JIGPC (The Joint Venture) Direct Hire

　　PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESPPA is responsible for preparing the detailed cost center report on a monthly basis as part of month end process.

　　PPA, with PPM support, is responsible for continuous monitoring of P&L transactions (on daily basis) in core O&M GLs during the month to ensure the correct accounting treatment and discussing with relevant teams for better understanding & reporting.

　　PPA with PPM support is responsible to prepare the annual business plan / long-term business plan of JIGPC as per management requirements, based on close coordination with relevant teams, Director Finance and CFO.

　　PPA is responsible for managing the periodic forecasting process based on actual results, change in assumptions etc, with the guidance of Director Finance and CFO.

　　PPA to develop the necessary financial models, key performance metrics and trend analysis to provide insights on the company performance in support of JIGPC’s long term strategic plans.

　　Under the general direction of the PPM, generating analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the finance department, either independently or in collaboration with others.

　　PPA is expected to proactively identify problems and issues that arise in his/her assigned areas and recommend solutions for these.

　　PPA is expected to operate independently and be a self-starter, albeit overall guidance and direction will be provided by the PPM.

　　PPA to work closely with all the operational and functional managers to support them in the performance management process to deliver the company plans.

　　Performing audit on all purchase orders and invoices and manages requisition vouchers.

　　Performing planned & surprised visits for sample checking relating to physical stock counts, physical fixed asset count and petty cash after agreeing a plan with Director Finance.

　　Undertake and lead any ad hoc financial reviews and analysis as and when directed by the Director Finance.

　　Participating in the growth of finance team by training, coaching, cross functional swaps.

　　Any other work assigned by the PPM/Director Finance/CFO.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

　　Finance and Accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA) or a relevant degree in accounting and finance.

　　Minimum 5 years PQE.

　　Previous experience in either accounting, financial planning, or business analysis.

　　Good interpersonal and communication skills to develop and manage strong working relationships across the whole company.

　　Good organization, planning and financial analysis skills and working with minimal supervision.

　　Good writing and communication skills, preparing reports to senior management/BOD.

　　Experience of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint and SAP knowledge is beneficial.

　　Fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity.
