Job Summary
Timely complete demand/resource analysis and reasonably allocate production capacity.
Control raw material inventory at a reasonable level.
Adjust the types of raw materials in time according to demand.
Location: Wuqing, Tianjin, China
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1.Do a good job in demand/production coordination, plan resources in advance and identify and control risks.
2.Capacity planning, including internal and external resources.
3.Raw material inventory analysis and timely adjustment to meet requirements.
4.OSP(Outsourcing process) management.
5.Complete other jobs assigned by leader.
Coordinate and resolve various production planning issues.
Contribute to the overall quality of the organization in the testing of all applications.

For This Role, You Will Need:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical related major.
2.More than 5 years of experience of production/material planner or buyer.
3.Proficient in ERP operation process, capacity planning and material control skills and Familiar with Oracle is preferred.
Suggesting and implementing improvements to the daily work.5.Good speaking & writing English.
6.Good at teamwork and cooperation.
7.Proactive work attitude and strong willingness to learn.
8.Help identify gaps between target and result and create the appropriate solution to reduce it.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Basic understanding of capacity and material planning concepts.
• Experience with Oracle will be an advantage.
• Capable of process improvement.
• CPIM is preferred.
• Good at doing report.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
