Immediate Recruiter/Coordinating Planner Opportunity

Description:

Coordinate the candidate experience for their virtual or onsite interview, including, but not limited to: room bookings, ordering meals, greeting and welcoming the candidate, ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly.

Booking candidate travel and collecting receipts for travel reimbursement requests.

Post offer process liaison between onboarding team.

Support Contractor onboarding and offboarding activities as needed.

Administrative duties as assigned.

This person will be heavily supporting the agencies - working with them to coordinate interviews with the managers, reviewing candidates in the ATS, coordinating offers etc

Additional Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2 + years in recruitment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Outlook and calendar management

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills

Proactive approach to your work and take initiative on daily tasks

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with tact, and discretion.

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
