  Responsibilities

  We are seeking a full time BE/BC non-invasive cardiologist to join our established practice in Anderson, Indiana. You will enjoy the combination of the resources that a large network can provide and the conveniences and independences of a smaller office with cross coverage and collaboration with our large cardiology group in Indianapolis. Our practice is located in a safe, suburban community that will allow you to enjoy the charm of a small community while being 25 minutes away from the amenities of Fishers, Carmel and Indianapolis. Our residents in Central Indiana enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle, professional sports, outdoor activities and an outstanding cultural scene.

  Call schedule: Weekday coverage at the hospital on every 3 week rotation, night coverage is 1 per week, weekend coverage is every 4th weekend.

  Ascension St. Vincent Anderson is a 240-bed acute care hospital in Anderson, Indiana, serving patients of all ages in Madison county and surrounding areas.

  Services include a Level III Trauma Center, mental health and addictions unit, state-of-the-art cancer center, women’s center, outpatient surgery center, ambulatory care, and outpatient rehabilitation center.

  Ascension St. Vincent Anderson has 150 physicians on the medical staff and more than 1,500 associates. Anderson is located 30 minutes northeast of Indianapolis.

  Requirements

  Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  Required Credential(s):

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

  Preferred Credential(s):

  • Advanced Life Support.

  Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
