　　Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on the campus of Community Hospital North on the northeast side of Indianapolis, IN

　　· Outpatient only

　　· Shared call schedule with 24-hour RN triage

　　· Electronic medical record (Epic)

　　· On campus of Community Hospital North with access to full lab, urgent care and imaging services nearby

　　Licensure & Certifications

　　• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

　　• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
