　　Location: St. Clare Meadows Care Center - Baraboo, WI

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program

　　Current licensure or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapy Assistant in state of practice and/or nationally certified

　　Current CPR certification, preferred
