Purpose of Job This casual position is responsible for carrying out programs and treatment, or portions thereof, as planned with a Physical Therapist. Job Functions Performs treatment, documents care, and discharges client cases according to RMC and professional standards. Provides current and quality treatment, utilizing Ridgeview and professional resources to promote continued quality care. Communicates with patient, health care providers, insurer and others to ensure that patient needs are addressed. Exhibits working knowledge of hours of operation, customer base, department operations, visit procedures and chart audit procedures. Understands and uses reimbursement and regulatory guidelines for care and environment. Understands and uses patient and agency operations followingHome Healthpolicy and guidelines. Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
