Job Description:

　　Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

　　Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　The Essentia Health-Fosston Rehabilitation Department is seeking a PT to join our team. Essentia offers competitive salary, benefits, and a career ladder for advancement opportunities.

　　In the position, the PT will:

　　Work weekdays; there is no call or weekend shifts.

　　Work within a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health and nursing home.

　　Treat patients of all age ranges with a variety of diagnoses.

　　Join a trusted rehab team that includes PTs, PTAs, an OT, a COTA and an SLP.

　　Be self-motivated and enjoy collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to serve patients across the full spectrum in rural health care.

　　$33.91 - $50.87 / hour

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
