　　We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic T herapy Team at Middleton. This position will provide therapy services for general orthopedics with a specific emphasis on pelvic health therapy. In addition this position will work 1-2 days per week at our new McKee Medical Clinic located in Verona, WI, focusing on pelvic health services.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

　　Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

　　Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

　　Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

　　Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.

　　Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.

　　Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA’s and support personnel.

　　Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

　　Specific skills: general orthopedics – prior experience/training in pelvic health preferred or interest in pelvic health training
