JobSummary: The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapyservices to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, anddocumenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapistparticipates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activitiesdesigned to enhance patient care and programs. A Physical Therapist IIdemonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and is involved inprogram development, staff education, student supervision. Alsodemonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentors department staff.Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two yearsof clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level Iresponsibilities as determined by interview and assessment. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accreditedPhysical Therapy program is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Mustbe proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivitylevel and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. Mayrequire clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSUREDESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the HealthcareProvider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 monthsof hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP preferred.
