EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of clinicalTherapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities asdetermined by interview and assessment.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors,Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy programis required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must be proficient at all PTlevel 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potentialto take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertisein specific discipline.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state license as aPhysical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) BasicLife Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approvedequivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
