Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Incumbent participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

One year experience as a physical therapist required

CA Physical Therapy License

BLS and current CA Physical Therapy License required.

CT CPRBLS;CAR INS;DRV LIC;LIC PT

Computer skills necessary for position.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range

$53.41 - $63.48 /hour
