A Day in the Life of a Physical Therapist Assistant:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant you will provide physical therapy services for the Article 16 Clinic under the clinical direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Assist Physical Therapist with therapeutic activities and in the development of the physical therapy program.

Accesses, procures and teaches effective use of adaptive equipment.

Provides clinical consultations to other programs as required.

Provides services to a person though their collateral for the purposes of enhancing the effectiveness of the treatments enabling the person to remain in the family or placement setting.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For:

You have effective time management, organization and communication skills. You have a New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license and a valid New York State driver's license that meets Agency driver standards.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4 pm OR Part time Monday, Thursday and Friday 8 am - 4 pm (24 hours per week)
