The Physical Therapist Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Physical Therapists and contributing to the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients.Responsibilities:Patient Support and Assistance:Assisting Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises for patients.Aiding patients in performing prescribed exercises and activities under supervision.Documentation and Reporting:Assisting in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and reports.Communicating patient progress and responses to treatment to the supervising Physical Therapist.Equipment Set-Up and Support:Assisting in the set-up and maintenance of therapy equipment.Ensuring a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions.Patient Education and Communication:Providing instructions and support to patients and their families regarding home exercises and activities.Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and caregivers in the rehabilitation process.Requirements:Possession of a New Jersey Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including those set by the New Jersey Department of Health, Office of Inspector General, Medicaid/Medicare, Corporate Compliance, PEOSHA, and Priority Group Services Policies and Procedures.Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Proficiency in assisting with physical therapy techniques and exercises.<strong style="bac
