Astera Health is actively recruiting a Physical Therapist that is interested in working with a fantastic Rehab team and robust Orthopedic Team. With a new hospital, new clinic and growing needs, an In-Patient Physical Therapist is crucial for the needs of our Orthopedic Team’s work with joint replacements. We are looking for a someone who is motivated and has an entrepreneurial spirit of program development.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Prescribe and implement treatment programs centered around the patient's needs and condition

　　Promote improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care

　　Seek continual learning opportunity to advance one's own practice

　　Provide weekend physical therapy services to inpatient and swing bed patients per established weekend rotation schedule

　　Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team including occupational therapy and speech therapy

　　Education and Experience Required:
