About Front Desk Representative/Medical Receptionist

　　The Front Desk Representative plays a key role in representing the agency, often serving as the first impression to individuals served. They are trusted to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and provide the best customer service possible.

　　Required Education, Skills and Experience

　　High School Diploma or GED.  A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting.

　　Passion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment.  Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills.
