PositionResponsibilities Guide, direct and empower a photo studio team of 20+employees to produce industrial product and lifestyle photography forB2B omnichannel marketing. Collaborate with the Creative, Merchandisingand Product Marketing departments to identify objectives and communicatephoto project expectations. Lead multiple projects from conception tocompletion in a creative, productive and timely manner. Collaborate withthe Imaging team and studio partners to optimize processes and workflowsbetween groups. Provide hands-on direction of photo shoots for studio,location and travel assignments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degreein photography, design, marketing or a related field. 7+ years ofsupervisory experience within the creative field. Experience in bothdesign and photography preferred. Knowledge of Capture One, AdobeCreative Cloud and Digital Asset Management programs. Strongcommunication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tightdeadlines.
