Point of Care Test (POCT) is used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases from patients of all ages.Schedule: 5x8 schedule/day shifts, including some weekendsLocation: Inland OBY, Spokane WAYou will:Specimen collection, handling, and processingAssist in maintaining laboratory areas, equipment, and supplies and must be able to run specimens from clinic to nearby hospital, multiple times a day (hospital is within walking distance)Participate in committees and task forcesEasily adapt to new and changing roles, responsibilities, demands, and technologiesKeep current on regulatory requirementsParticipation in the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination program is a requirement for all healthcare employees, working directly with patients, in clinics or hospital (vaccine documents may be required or file exemption and ability to wear mask - per hospital requirements - subject to change)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentCompletion of accredited Phlebotomy training program and clinical rotationPrevious laboratory experience & Phlebotomy experience, including experience with pediatric age group, prefer a minimum of 2 years expereinceCurrent possession of WA State MA-P certification, per DOH requirements for Phlebotomists in state of WAAnatomy and Physiology, Medical TerminologyAbility to work with individuals at all organizational levels, particularly peers, team members, supervisors, managers, and other departmentsIncyte Diagnostics is an EOE, including disability/veteransWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package* which includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and disability benefits, a retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO/vacation benefits, and floating holidays.
