Description:

　　Traditional phlebo role: they are doing a lot more processing / centrifuging and splitting

　　High on customer service

　　Entering and data entry ; System LabCorp Touch system

　　Training : week 2 / preparation

　　They enter their own orders and do the splitting

　　Primarily focus on draws: 70% of the time

　　Shift:

　　Monday - Friday ; 7AM - 4PM

　　Could be asked to float to Mission Viejo + Laguna Hills Locations!!

　　Skills:

　　Phlebotomy, Customer service, Medical record, Specimen collection, Blood draw, Venipuncture

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Best candidate would have at least one year of active phlebotomy experience though more experienced candidates are ideal.

　　When the Phlebotomist attends week 2 of our training program to learn our entering and processing procedures, that week is a 40 hour work week. That being, our part time employees are expected to attend as full time employees for that week alone. The training locations are in Wildomar, Tustin, and Los Angeles and the client does accommodate a hotel if required

　　Bilingual is HIGHLY preferred

　　-Responsible for entering orders, calling doctor offices, drawing blood on all ages, processing & shipping specimen, cleaning

　　& restocking, data entry, and confirming patients information. This is a very busy site

　　Experience Level:

　　-6 months + MINIMUM
