Assists area leadership in administrative duties that may include managing and overseeing training of new employees, creating training schedules, developing and maintaining area specific training program and associated training materials. Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations. Shall perform other miscellaneous job related tasks/activities as assigned by the supervising pharmacist.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires dependability and the ability to prioritize.
