May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Shift1st shift; 7:00am - 7:00pm for 5 days and 7:00am - 5:30pm for 2 days; 7 days on/7 days offJob SummaryThe Pharmacy Senior Technician II assists pharmacists in providing medications to patients in an inpatient hospital setting by compounding complex sterile and non-sterile products and participating in the deliver of comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Assists area leadership in administrative duties that may include managing and overseeing training of new employees, creating training schedules, developing and maintaining area specific training program and associated training materials. Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations. Shall perform other miscellaneous job related tasks/activities as assigned by the supervising pharmacist.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires dependability and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
