What you will do
You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world establishing PGIMs employee co-investment program. The ideal candidate will be setting up the programs third-party service provider and work cross functionally with PGIM HR business partners, Finance, Law, Tax and Fund Operations and will collaborate directly with program members.
What you can expect
Establish the PGIM-wide employee co-investment program including investment options and program eligibility and participation.
Create the processes of rolling out new investment options including organizing internal road shows intended to market investment options to eligible employees.
Oversee the onboarding and implementation of a third-party service provider in accordance with the contract. Ensure KPIs are established, identify and design reporting requirements and system enhancements. Resolve ad hoc issues.
Coordinate with corporate tax and third party tax providers on tax compliance and related reporting.
Create a leaver process in conjunction with programs policies/guidelines.
Implement a leverage program with third party bank; manage all related reporting requirements.
Serve as the liaison with PGIM affiliates and PGIM participants, manage a team responsible for providing client service to employee co-investors.
Partner with Finance, Fund Operations and our third-party feeder fund administrator to develop records of individual capital commitments, capital drawn, and escrow accounts
What you will bring
Detailed understanding and experience in managing co-investment programs for private alternative funds.
Ability to balance tactical short-term needs with strategic direction and priorities across a portfolio of projects.
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple projects with varied deadlines
Strong relationship building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to think strategically, collaborate with stakeholders and work on cross-functional geographically distributed project teams to drive decision making and deliver results
Pro-active and results oriented; operates well with ambiguity and with a high degree of independence, collaboration, resilience, agility, and adaptability
Proven ability to create an environment of honesty, inclusion, diversity, and respect for others; champions differing ideas and perspectives
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to successfully facilitate discussions and present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Accuracy and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated; able to manage work in a high-volume, fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Corporate/Executive Compensation, Fund Accounting and/or Finance
What will set you apart?
Working understanding of finance and/or fund accounting
Working knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax and/or regulatory matters related to carried interest and deferred compensation plans
Experience managing third party service providers

Salary Range Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
