　　We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Experience Technician t o join our Pet Help Center team. In this role, you will be the face and/or voice for our furry friends and community by providing the best customer experience. You will play a key role in providing compassionate, empathetic, and friendly interactions with customers, patrons, staff, and volunteers while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. you will be joining a team that works together to create change and provides a meaningful impact every day for the animals and our community.

　　High School Diploma or GED (required)

　　2 years' customer service experience (preferred)

　　Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

　　Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving skills

　　Animal Handling experience (may do basic evaluations and vaccines)

　　Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong communication skills and openness to change

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
