Your day to day:
People
Provide personalized training programs and fitness instruction to meet the individual needs and goals of clients.
Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients, offering motivation, guidance, and encouragement.
Build rapport and trust with clients, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals.
Financial
Manage client bookings, schedules, and payments efficiently and accurately.
Create and promote fitness packages and programs to generate revenue and contribute to financial goals.
Monitor and control expenses related to fitness equipment, supplies, and resources.
Guest Experience
Ensure the gym or fitness area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable environment for clients.
Offer exceptional customer service, attending to clients' questions, concerns, and feedback.
Continuously strive to enhance the overall client experience through innovative workout fitness and wellness routines, engaging classes, and positive interactions.
Responsible Business
Adhere to industry standards, ethics, and regulations related to fitness and personal training.
Promote safety, inclusivity, and respect in all aspects of the fitness facility.
Stay informed about sustainable and responsible business practices, implementing eco-friendly initiatives when possible.
Ensure all security incidents, accidents, and near misses are always reported and brought to the attention of the Manager.
What do we need from you?
Certified personal trainer or fitness instructor with recognized credentials from a reputable organization.
4+ years total experience in a related field in a luxury hotel or a well-established fitness brand.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy, understanding, and active listening.
Proven ability to manage schedules, appointments, and financial transactions effectively.
A commitment to upholding responsible and ethical business practices within the fitness industry.
