　　Kingbird Legal is a fast growing personal injury law firm based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. They are seeking a dynamic personal injury paralegal for a full time in person/remote hybrid position.

　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Pre-suit case management: client interviews, medical record retrieval, record organization, demand letter writing, drafting legal correspondence, and communications with insurance adjusters.

　　Litigation support: drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery requests, procedural motion drafting, legal research, issuance of subpoenas, working with expert witnesses, deposition prep, and trial preparations.

　　Administrative: processing incoming and outgoing firm mail, processing invoices, monitoring firm supplies, etc.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　3+ years experience as a paralegal required.

　　Personal injury law experience required.

　　Paralegal certificate preferred.

　　Bachelor's degree preferred.

　　$50,000-$60,000+ DOE
