Branch Hours Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 5PM Friday:9AM - 6PM Saturday: 9AM - 1PM Sunday: Closed NATURE AND SCOPE Thisposition reports to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.Responsible for assisting members with their financial needs whileproviding exceptional member service. Accepts and inputs loanapplications; and assists members in completing the loan process andhelping to obtain the required documentation. Opens deposit productaccounts and takes applications for all non-real estate credit products.Supports the overall functions of the branch. REQUIREMENTS 1. HighSchool Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of customerservice or sales experience preferably within a financial institution. Acombination of education and experience will also be considered. 2.Prior teller or lending experience preferred. 3. Demonstrated ability tounderstand and explain credit bureau reports, liaise with members insatisfying loan stipulations, schedule closings and process loandocuments. 4. Demonstrated ability in understanding and recommendingappropriate deposit and loan products based on member need. 5.Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service. 6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solvingskills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 7.Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situationswhile maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 8. Must have or beable to attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).9. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and proceduresas they relate to this position. 10. Must understand and comply with alljob-related state and federal laws and regulations. PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Works loan pipelines, understands loan documentationand follows through to obtain all required documentation from members.2. Provides solutions to members regarding financial products andservices.
