  What will I be doing?

  As a Personal Concierge,you will oversee all office administration at all stages of a guests stay. Ensure that incoming guests are proactively assigned according to requests. Provide prompt and courteous service to meet Hilton's high standards of quality.You would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  Coordinate and respond to all guest requests by assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical careProvide a warm and personal welcome experience to guests to give them a sense of "we’ve been expecting you.” Communicate with other departments through discrete radio communication with the valet, doorperson,bellperson and front desk staff.Process and deliver messages for guestsRetrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requestedArrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guestsRespond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerRegister VIP guests, as neededEscort the guest to their room/suite, and provides an orientation of the room/suite’s services and amenities offered.Review and confirm all guest requests to ensure accuracy, and communicates all appropriate changes as needed.Promote Company marketing programs and distribute printed materials, as neededWhat are we looking for?
