Responsibilities of theposition include, but are not limited to: Developing strong workingrelationship with all suppliers and trade partners through ongoing andconsistent communication. Review plans, construction schedule,specifications, and selections for accuracy on each job. Prepare andcommunicate change orders to all vendors, trade partners, and employees.Set proper expectations with customers on products and process.Scheduling trade partners and inspecting construction for quality andconformance with plans, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.Build relationships directly with the customer to educate them on theconstruction and care of their home from the pre-construction stagethrough the end of the warranty period. The successful candidate willpossess strong attention to detail, superior customer service skillsalong with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provideconsistent follow-through. A bachelor\'s degree in constructionmanagement or 4-6 years of previous residential construction or customerservice experience are preferred.
