Summary/Objective:As part of the branch team, the Financial Solutions Guide (FSG) meetswith Elevation's members and prospective members to provide accountservices, financial guidance and offer value adding financial solutions. TheFSG is an important part of the branch team that creates raving fans throughdelivering amazing experiences every member, every time.
Essential Functions include:Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union (ECU) and demonstratesElevations' core values, Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity,and ExcellencEngages members using the Personalized, Elegant, Accurate, Kind, andTimely (PEAK't) Service model; with care, professionalism, and thehighest level of service to explore relevant solutions to members and refer tointernal partners as identifiedOriginates all consumer loan type applications and analyze credit reports andcross-sell relevant consumer loan Elevations products and services.Handles account maintenance needs such as opening and closing accounts,online banking support, fee refunds. Other transactions to include, butnot limited to, processing account deposits, cash handling,withdrawals, and payments.Develops and fosters professional relationships with members and within thecommunity to increase member acquisition and generate revenue.Demonstrates operational excellence through adherence with establishedpolicies, procedures and processes.Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing theCredit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).Reports to:Branch Manager

Required Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of financial institution experience1+ years of lending experienceProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelCurrent notary or receives certification within 90 days of employmentPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degreeUnderstanding of business lending and/or mortgage lendingBilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred - includes $150/monthbilingual bonus after passing aptitude assessment!CUNA CertifiedWork Environment:Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such,a personal smart phone is a requirement for employment with us. This joboperates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements:Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently,hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of forceoccasionally and up to 25 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry,push, pull, or move objects.

Compensation:The person hired into this position will likely earn between $22.82 and28.49 per hour, plus annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based onfactors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internalpeers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirementsand/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
