A Personal Banker is responsible for delivering apremier customer experience that is second to none by helping out ourcustomers with just about all of their consumer/retail banking needs!The Personal Banker will provide new and existing customers withresources and solutions to serve all their financial needs and will workto grow relationships that are mutually beneficial for the customer andbank. The primary responsibility for this position will be to developand nurture customer relationships. Responsibilities Bankers areexpected to achieve full banking relationships with customers.Therefore, being very familiar with ALL that Lake Ridge has to offer isparamount to success in addition to maintaining expertise of all depositand consumer loan products and services. Resolve customerneeds/problems/issues and provide high quality personalized service.Actively sell deposit and consumer loan products and services byutilizing effective sales skills including listening, being persuasiveand building confidence and trust with customers and potentialcustomers. Open deposit accounts for customers including but not limitedto checking, savings, CDs as well as properly completing all accountpaperwork. Process transactions such as cashing checks, accountwithdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc. while properly balancing andmaintaining a cash drawer. Follow through with onboarding newcustomers/new accounts. Promote and maintain positive relations with allinternal and external contacts, customers and potential customers. Meetestablished benchmarks for individual, office, and department. Activelyparticipate in sales, office and staff meetings. Maintainconfidentiality of customer information at all times.
