Perfumery Innovation Project ManagerEurope flexibleHybrid
You will be responsible for leading and driving cross-functional, end-to-end Perfumery Innovation projects from Ideation through the Stage Gate Process to deployment. A champion of the stage gate process, you will continuously drive discipline with pragmatism to deliver Innovation at pace.
Role can be based in multiple locations, ideally Europe.

Your key responsibilities
Lead multiple projects from kick-off to deployment ensuring excellent communication to stakeholders
Work collaboratively across functions, levels and locations to quickly identify and escalate issues to resolution
Expert in process and systems, comfortable working in Planview/Accolade and stage gate processes E3D/PMP
Comfortable with change – support the organisation to move to the new 5D gate process
Accountable for various additional tasks such as resource management, ideation process etc, to be defined

You bring
Competencies required:
Proven project management experience (3+ years)
Strong planning skills – proficiency in MS project/Excel and/or relative systems such as Planview/Accolade
Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Acts as a change champion, able to help drive mindset and process change across the organisation
Uses emotional intelligence to act as a mentor and develop team members (hard skills, soft skills) as well as manage stakeholders
Excellent spoken and written English, French a plus
