  This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Performance PortfolioMarketing Manager for General Imaging Ultrasound, you will beresponsible for:

  Developing the value propositions for the Globalmarket and for driving effective commercial strategies to increase the Salesand Unit Performance of the Performance Portfolio for General Imaging andInterventional Guidance Ultrasound.

  Leading the development and implementation ofmarketing programs, sales channel, and pricing strategies to ensure the growthand expansion of the assigned portfolio.

  The overall product positioning strategies andproduct commercial lifecycle management on the Global markets.

  Serving as the key liaison with RegionalMarketing leads, Sales Heads and Product Portfolio Management to provide theGlobal customer perspective and collaborate in development of product businesscases to drive the Performance portfolio strategy and to influence developmentstrategies to meet the needs of the global Ultrasound Performance PortfolioMarket US customer market.

  Management of developing, implementing, andexecuting strategic marketing plans for the Performance Segment portfolio ofUltrasound systems (in General Imaging) to increase Ultrasound sales and marketshare in that segment by attracting potential customers and retain existingones.

  Managing and coordinating with marketing, sales,development and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover theviability of current and existing products/services and liaising with mediaorganizations and advertising agencies.

  Supporting business partners globally tomaximize your portfolio’s reach in the market.

  Determine budgets and targets and developpricing strategies for products and services.

  Developing and driving go-to-market plans thatinclude but is not exclusive to defining product positioning, pricing, naming,promotional strategy and messaging of your respect portfolio.

  Collaboration with all functions within thebroader Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Marketing and Sales team as well aswith our R&D, Service, Product Management, Supply Chain Managementdepartments and external business partners.

  Support and align with clinical marketing,development, Communications team for trade shows and sales activities asrequested to support overall ultrasound business.

  Support Sales and Business in Driving theirPromotions and Key customer projects and interactions.

  Candidate must be able to articulate theinnovation and positioning of Siemens Healthineers products to the clinical,sales, business partners, and customer community while having a strongappreciation for the technical needs and challenges of diagnostics industry inthe Ultrasound Market.

  Establish and maintain domain knowledge of thecompetitive landscape and detailed technical expertise in their respectiveUltrasound Portfolio Segment.

  Express customer centric obsessed behavior, withstrong Business and Sales focus.

  Have extraordinary communication and presentationskills and the ability to connect with key opinion leaders worldwide.

  Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  BS/BA in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering orLifesciences master’s or equivalent educational background (MBA highly preferred).

  At least 5 years of experience in productmarketing, marketing, or clinical marketing.

  At least 5 years of experience in the healthcareor life science industry in a Global role Experience in developing andexecuting go-to-market plans.

  Experience in product launches.

  Proven cross functional team member Fluent inEnglish; both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently.

  Great communicator and strong presentationskills Analytical problem solver

  North America based.

  The pay range for this position is $140,000 -$155,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
