　　Bechtel Energy has an opportunity for an experienced field supervision professional to come on board as Craft Supervisor - Indirects for our Pluto Train 2 project working FIFO in Karratha, WA. This is a FIFO role working 3:1 roster.

　　About the Project:Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

　　About the Role:As the Craft Supervisor Indirects, you will have the necessary knowledge and directly related experience in the construction of industrial facilities and be able to direct the execution of the construction Indirect support work.

　　You will have overall responsibility for craft worker safety on the project implementing a Zero Accidents philosophy.

　　Your responsibilities will include:

　　Allocate craft workers to specific work assignments on the project.

　　Comply with project direct hire work practices.

　　Set and meet project cost and schedule targets.

　　Coordinate direct hire work activities with subcontractor work activities as required.

　　Monitor the project schedules and work plans for the work to be performed and support the overall indirect project schedule.

　　Perform other duties as required.

　　What You Bring:Strong supervision experience including the ability to lead and manage change is desirable.

　　8-10 years’ experience within the Heavy Industrial Field.

　　Displays effective communications skills crucial to motivating team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner.

　　Strong knowledge set up and running an indirect team.

　　Excellent problem-solving ability.

　　Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.

　　Additional Information:

　　This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.).

　　The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site.
