  Summary:

  In this role, you will support the development and delivery of advisoryservices to improve patient safety, healthcare quality and outcomes. Youwill lead program objectives and department projects.

  Responsibilities:

  Orient new members to patient safety final rule requirements, licensedproviders privilege, confidentiality protections, and patient safetyactivities delivered by Vizient.

  Facilitate weekly huddles for affinity groups, leading practice teams,safe table meetings, power learnings and safety webinars.

  Prepare individualized feedback reports with provide evidence-basedrecommendations, alerts, and tool kits.

  Present findings at internal and national meetings.

  Continuously improve member engagement in patient safety activities.

  Qualifications:

  Relevant degree preferred.

  7 or more years of relevant experience working within healthcare required.

  Experience in patient safety, performance improvement and quality required.

  Experience working with clinicians and senior leaders required.

  Strong presentation skills.

  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites of Products.

  Excellent writing and team facilitation skills.

  Estimated Hiring Range:$102,400.00 - $152,200.00

  This position is also incentive eligible.
