Apple’s Finance team is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the People team (Human Resources + Recruiting). A successful candidate will run the end-to-end forecast and corporate reporting process, support People team business partners by providing reporting on relevant KPIs and ad-hoc analyses for special projects, as well as financial close and performance updates to both Finance and People team leadership. This role will manage 2 financial analysts and report to the G&A Finance Director.
Key Qualifications
Experience with corporate end-to-end financial processes, including monthly forecasting, quarter close, financial analyses, and financial reporting of KPIs and financial results to Finance and People team business partners
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to all levels within the organization
Experience with enterprise software systems and databases (e.g., SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, Tableau)
Excellent management skills focused on effectively communicating and helping to develop team members; previous experience managing a team
Strong financial modeling skills and experience in Tableau for reporting visuals and efficiency
Build effective business partnerships, communicate cross-functionally, and be an excellent team player
Ability to identify, develop, and execute enhancements to processes, with an eye towards efficiency and scale
Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
Be a self-starter and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
Description
Strategic and analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture - Build strong partnerships with the People team leaders to develop quarterly and annual financial forecasts - Support the team with quarter-end financial close and reporting process - Analyze and communicate monthly/quarterly financial results - Build out Tableau dashboards to provide strategic and financial support and reporting - Provide day-to-day strategic and financial support to business teamEducation & Experience
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or Economics; MBA a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,600.00 and $311,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
