The People Analytics/HR Workforce Analyst will be responsible foridentification, development and reporting of human capital and relatedbusiness metrics and analyses to be used in assessing and improving HRprograms, HR service delivery, and business performance This includesstandardizing how HR workforce data is used to drive decisions and linkingworkforce data to business results. This position is responsible for providingHR metrics, analysis, survey results, and data visualizations to alllevels of the organization.

　　Responsibilities

　　Creation and maintenance of Power BI Dashboards, Tableau and HRIS Workdayreporting to support the People Analytics/HR team.

　　Provide People Analytics/ HR insights in the form of presentations(creation and delivery).

　　Data Cleaning using a variety tool such as Python and Excel.

　　Create customized reports and consulting with HR Analytics clients.

　　Providing training to internal stakeholders on analytical techniques and datainterpretation.

　　Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include buildingand maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactiveand concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, andengaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving and adhering to allapplicable regulation laws, policies and procedures.

　　Experience

　　2+ years' relevant experience in People Analytics/HR Workforceanalytics, business intelligence or data analysis.

　　Previous People Analytics/ HR Analyst experience is preferred.

　　Ability to conduct and translate data analysis and research findings intoeasy-to-understand visuals and actionable recommendations for multipleaudiences Ability to Extract and structure Workday data.

　　Familiarity with statistical modeling and concepts and proficiency with otherMicrosoft Office applications.

　　Proficiency in English in a business environment.

　　Position Pay Range:

　　This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for thisposition. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limitedto geographical location and experience.$71,774.16-$114,838.88

　　This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
