LinkedIn’s People Analytics (PA) team is searching for a People Analytics Manager to partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) and cross functional leaders to drive core outcomes related to recruitment. This position will have responsibility for developing, deploying, and advocating for data driven talent strategies in collaboration with GTO leadership, monitoring key metrics to promote business outcomes, and helping enable scalable insights across the organization using the GTO Talent Data (TaDa) Platform. We are looking for someone who can solve complex problems, drive high impact initiatives and partner with senior leaders to bring them to fruition. This role is uniquely positioned to redefine the world of HR by leveraging data from the world’s largest professional network to create innovative new models for hiring and enabling diversity, inclusion and belonging. The work not only creates an impact for LinkedIn internally but also for the world of talent by influencing our products in the talent domain.
Responsibilities:
Bring critical thinking and problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions
Partner with senior leaders to collectively define roadmap and key questions to address
Translate talent and business issues into questions and hypotheses that can be tested with data
Conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling
Develop complex and flexible frameworks to solve different talent questions
Communicate insights to key stakeholders and influence teams to take action based on your recommendations
Identify opportunities to scale for repeatable business questions through frameworks and dashboards
Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to implement solutions that have a measurable business impact
Share knowledge, expertise, and mentor teams to foster continuous learning and enable them to do their best work.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of work experience in data analytics, management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, technology company or related industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree (MBA, I/O Psychology, HR, statistics or social sciences)
2+ years of SQL, Excel Modeling, and Business Intelligence experience
You are deeply analytical; you can translate ambiguous problems into structured questions and hypotheses; you take pride in identifying key drivers and creating robust business cases
You are proactive and resourceful; you can independently seek information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources, and deliver results in challenging situations
You communicate concisely; you are able to present and debate credible and compelling recommendations with senior leadership
You are enthusiastic with a team-first attitude; you are motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
You are able and eager to learn new tools and skills without direction
You thrive in a team environment and develop authentic relationships with your colleagues and business partners
You have experience influencing and leading; you are a great listener and show empathy for your partners and clients

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $178,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
