$28 and up - Based on Experience
1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 7 am to 3 pm
2nd Shift: Monday thru Friday 3 pm to 11 pm
Must be ok to work 6 days a week as needed

What’s a typical day as a PCBA Technician? You’ll be:
• Troubleshooting and performing repairs on SMT and Post-SMT equipment, with assistance from maintenance.
• Creating programs, work instructions, and parameter sheets for assigned equipment.
• Monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and implementing improvements to increase productivity without compromising quality.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associates degree in manufacturing, mechanical, software, or electrical/electronic engineering technology, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Are knowledgeable in IPC-A-610 standards and have a good understanding of board handling, soldering equipment, inspection equipment, and PCB routers.
• Possess strong software and PC aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend advanced systems.
• Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to inspect PCBA components and assemblies against drawings.
