Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a P& C Underwriting Assistant.

　　Does this sound like you?

　　Coordinate international programs in close collaboration with the IRV Assumed Underwriter

　　Support the Underwriting team with renewal preparation and endorsement management

　　Prepare and issue documents (contracts, endorsements and certificates) to our cedents

　　Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with cedent or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found

　　Ensure all reinsurance submissions meet all documentation and data requirements

　　Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement of our tools and processes by providing feedback and sharing improvement ideas.

　　Design and develop data standards to support global ceded reinsurance placements

　　Design and develop country reinsurance profiles to be leveraged in the purchase of global ceded reinsurance purchasing decisions and submissions.

　　Passionate about delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders

　　A highly motivated individual with ability to work independently and proactively, always keeping our stakeholder's needs in mind

　　Accountable to produce timely and accurate deliverables especially during peak times

　　Enjoys an agile and fast paced work environment

　　Requirements

　　Experience in the insurance / reinsurance underwriting processes

　　Experience dealing with insurance companies from around the world

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

　　Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and handle various tasks

　　Experience analyzing large amounts of data

　　Advance experience with the use of Microsoft Office suite
