Description

　　Perform PC imaging and deployment tasks according to established guidelines and procedures.

　　Configure hardware and software components for desktop and laptop systems.

　　Install and update operating systems, drivers, and applications using standardized imaging tools.

　　Test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.

　　Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical problems related to PC imaging.

　　Maintain accurate documentation of imaging processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

　　Provide technical support and assistance to end-users during the deployment process.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience in PC imaging, preferably in an enterprise environment.

　　Solid knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

　　Proficient in imaging tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Symantec Ghost, or similar.

　　Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
