Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks an experienced information technology professional for a full-time Systems Support Analyst position.

In this role you will work closely with our Technology Solutions Manager and Senior Systems Support Analyst to identify system improvement opportunities – while concurrently providing direct end user support.

You will contribute to the transformation of Liberty Healthcare’s information technology support system, to the benefit of 1,400 colleagues nationwide.

More specifically, you will:

Provide basic, intermediate and advanced application and infrastructure support

Configure laptops, PCs and mobile devices

Manage the execution of plans for the deployment of systems and services

Define project scope and objectives – and develop project plans and schedules

Provide individual and group training – while creating documentation for end users

This full-time position will require you to work Monday through Friday onsite at Liberty Healthcare’s corporate office located at 401 E. City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

You’re a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Office 365 / Suite ecosystem

Expertise in software, application, infrastructure and mobile support

Minimum of 3 years of experience with the aforementioned duties of this role

Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills

High level of versatility and flexibility
