　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are seeking a PBX Operator PRN to join our team who will foster an environment of teamwork, quality and ensure to provide customer service to our patients by providing information and directions to specific areas in the hospital.

　　What You Will Do In Your Role:

　　You will answer all incoming & inter-hospital calls within 30 seconds and page over Public Address system.

　　You will respond to all emergency codes within 5 seconds and proceeds with appropriate procedures.

　　You will assist security by monitoring devices and paging/ calling on SpectraLink phones.

　　You will assist and direct all visitors or patients to their specific areas within the hospital.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　High school or equivalent

　　1 year PBX experience, multi-line telephone experience and paging experience preferred.
