This position will work cooperatively with a team and closely with functional area leads, to ensure the accurate withholding and administration of taxes in PeopleSoft and related tax reporting using the ADP, entry and audit of general deductions and payment records, processing of employee payroll payments, ACH administration, issuance of payroll withholdings, administration and technical support of PeopleSoft time and labor, garnishment and child support payment processing, leave balance maintenance, and other duties as assigned within the Payroll Department. This position will participate in PeopleSoft testing, implementations, and upgrades. This position will provide back up to their functional area lead during absences and peak processing timesThis is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.This position may offer a hybrid work schedule.Job Duties:Creation, processing, and maintenance of payroll records related to the time and labor records, payroll generation, and tax withholdings.Prepare payments associated with payroll withholdings including benefit withholdings and garnishment and child support payments.Provide customer support.Provide support for PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations through testing system inputs and outputs.Support to the payroll organization and functional area lead.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
