Description

　　Tyler Houk (Practice Director) with Robert Half is searching for an organized, efficient individual to join a Manufacturing company in the role of Payroll Clerk. In this role, you will support the Payroll department in a variety of duties, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Fill in data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Maintain payroll operations by training/instructing employees in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals

　　Provide clerical support by filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

　　Generate and run custom reports

　　Administer reports as instructed and make them easily accessible by distributing them

　　Requirements

　　Expertise in ADP - Payroll

　　Proficiency in garnishments payroll

　　Union payroll experience desired

　　Prior Payroll software experience preferred

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Eagerness to master new systems

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Excellent data entry skills

　　3+ years of previous payroll experience
