  $25/hour+

  Hybrid schedule with flexibility on number of hours and days worked

  3 to 4 month contract role

We’re seeking a Payroll Specialist to work at a premier client who is a multinational enterprise software company, to assist in their Lawrenceville, GA office. Sound good? Take a closer look below.   What’s a typical day as a Payroll Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Providing support with payroll processing as needed.

  • Participating in payroll finance reconciliation to ensure all items are reconciled correctly.

  • Utilizing Service Now to assist employees with inquires regarding payroll questions.

  • Supporting payrolls and ensuring statutory compliance using ADP Smart Compliance tool.

  • Assisting with W2s, 401k benefits processing, and other payroll-related tasks.

  This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience with ADP Globalview/SAP payroll processing.

  • Have experience with ADP Smart Compliance.

  • Have good knowledge of payroll financial reconciliation (processed payroll v payments).

  • Have good knowledge of ServiceNow for employee service management.

  • Have good knowledge of 401k benefits processing.
