  Essential Functions:

  · Assist with payroll entries, timecard review, entering garnishments, tax levies, bankruptcy orders, etc. and performing employee maintenance in ADP WFN.

  · Review payroll after processing, create payroll reconciliation reports.

  · Track employee benefits eligibility, time/attendance, paid time off (Vacation, Sick, and Personal).

  · Enter New Hires into ADP WFN.

  · Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.

  · Run and Analyze ad-hoc reporting for system improvement and data accuracy.

  · Conducting electronic employee changes and maintenance transactions in payroll system, conducts random payroll system audits to ensure accuracy in processing.

  · Provide support for payroll and benefit related inquiries.

  · Manage confidential information in a professional manner.

  · Other projects/work as assigned.

  Requirements

  · A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing utilizing APD WFN.

  · Union experience is required; 32BJ experience is preferred.

  · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, (ex: Pivot table, V-look up).

  · Position requires 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.

  · Excellent people skills and a true customer service orientation towards employees and managers and have the ability to interact with managers and employees at all levels in the organization.

  · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet weekly transmitting deadlines.

  · Absolute integrity, discretion, and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information.

  · Excellent organization, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  · Must be able to prioritize, multitask and operate independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment.
